At Planning Management Consulting LLC, we are dedicated to delivering high-value products and services to our clients. We operate with transparency and integrity, focused on minimizing overhead costs while maximizing value. Please review our refund policy below.

Digital Products/eBooks 

All sales of digital products and eBooks are final and
non-refundable.

Memberships 

Memberships can be canceled at any time. Refunds or prorated
amounts will be issued based on the remaining duration of the membership. If a
trial period is offered, refunds will be provided according to the trial terms.

Classes 

Refunds for classes will be issued only if the class is canceled by the instructor or due to technical issues. Rescheduling options will be provided if necessary.

Coaching 

Refunds will not be provided if clients fail to comply with the coaching agreement. Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled according to the terms outlined in the coaching agreement.

Public Speaking 

Deposits for speaking engagements are non-refundable.
Cancellation or rescheduling of speaking engagements must be done according to
the terms outlined in the booking agreement.
